2013年，愛(ài)爾眼科醫(yī)院集團(tuán)與中南大學(xué)聯(lián)合成立專業(yè)的眼科醫(yī)學(xué)院——中南大學(xué)愛(ài)爾眼科學(xué)院，主要培養(yǎng)眼科碩、博士高級(jí)醫(yī)療人才；2014年，再度與湖北科技大學(xué)聯(lián)合成立愛(ài)爾眼視光學(xué)院。2011年和2015年，愛(ài)爾眼科先后成立“愛(ài)爾眼視光研究所”和“愛(ài)爾眼科研究所”。至此，愛(ài)爾眼科打通了眼科的醫(yī)、學(xué)、研三大領(lǐng)域，學(xué)院和研究所的成立將使愛(ài)爾眼科的科研及臨床水平得到顯著提升，并以此推動(dòng)中國(guó)眼科醫(yī)療事業(yè)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。
In 2013, Aier and Central South University jointly set up Aier School of ophthalmology, CSU, to educate and train medical professionals with advanced degrees; Once again in 2014, Aier joined the Hubei University of Science and Technology to establish the Aier School of Ophthalmology & Optometry. In 2011 and 2015, Aier established the Aier Institute of Optometry and Aier Institute of Ophthalmology respectively. At this point, Aier has bridged all three areas of medicine, education and research, the establishment of these educational and research institutions will significantly boost our research and clinical standards.
截止2016年，愛(ài)爾眼科所屬的專業(yè)眼科專家和醫(yī)生團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)到近3000名，包括一大批碩士生導(dǎo)師、博士生導(dǎo)師、博士、博士后、留學(xué)歐美的學(xué)者以及臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的核心專家，是中國(guó)眼科領(lǐng)域備受矚目的有生力量。
As of 2016, Aier has recruited and trained over 3000 doctors and specialized experts, many of whom have studied in elite institutions in Europe and the US. They are China’s driving force in ophthalmology.
2014年7月9日，世界銀行行長(zhǎng)金墉參觀考察愛(ài)爾眼科長(zhǎng)沙醫(yī)院，并在全球發(fā)展中愛(ài)爾眼科的可持續(xù)公益慈善模式。2015年，愛(ài)爾眼科收購(gòu)香港亞洲醫(yī)療集團(tuán)，開(kāi)啟愛(ài)爾眼科國(guó)際化步伐，2017年，愛(ài)爾眼科收購(gòu)美國(guó)知名眼科中心，國(guó)際化步伐再下一城。
On July 9,2014, the President of the World Bank Jim Yong Kim visited Changsha Aier Eye Hospital and promoted Aier’s unique sustainable philanthropic model in developing countries. In 2015, Aier acquired Hong Kong Asia Medical Group and paved the way for Aier’s internationalization. In early 2017, Aier acquired a renowned eyecare center in American, which brought Aier’s international expansion to a new stage.

In 2014, Aier launched the "Partnership Program" in the healthcare industry to focus on changing the ecological environment for ophthalmologists and maximizing the creativity and initiative of core members. It is expected that by the end of 2017, Aier will have 200 eye hospitals which provide high quality and multi-level eye care to more people.
漢中陽(yáng)光愛(ài)爾眼科醫(yī)院作為全國(guó)的眼科醫(yī)院連鎖機(jī)構(gòu)-愛(ài)爾眼科的直屬醫(yī)院，2012年經(jīng)漢中市衛(wèi)生主管部門(mén)批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立的眼專科醫(yī)院，原位于漢中啤酒廠對(duì)面，占地2000平米，開(kāi)設(shè)有白內(nèi)障科、青光眼科、眼底病科、視光學(xué)科、兒童弱視斜視科、綜合眼病科、內(nèi)科、麻醉科、醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)科等二級(jí)臨床科室，并有著西安愛(ài)爾古城眼科醫(yī)院強(qiáng)大的技術(shù)力量支持，醫(yī)院配備多名眼科專家及眼科新設(shè)備，為漢中市及周邊縣城眼病患者解決了很多眼科方面的疑難雜癥。
2018年，其更名為漢中愛(ài)爾眼科醫(yī)院，隸屬于愛(ài)爾眼科集團(tuán)，占地7000多平米，是陜南地區(qū)體量較大的專業(yè)眼科醫(yī)院，依托集團(tuán)雄厚的連鎖資源優(yōu)勢(shì)，醫(yī)院引進(jìn)和吸收大量眼科技術(shù)、新設(shè)備和醫(yī)療管理理念，全面開(kāi)展近視手術(shù)、超聲乳化治療白內(nèi)障、高齡近視眼白內(nèi)障、青少年近視防控、醫(yī)學(xué)驗(yàn)光配鏡、斜弱視、青光眼、角膜病、小兒眼科、眼外傷以及眼部整形等眼病診療服務(wù)項(xiàng)目。
本院成立七年來(lái)，始終將漢中地區(qū)青少年近視防控工作作為核心業(yè)務(wù)持續(xù)發(fā)展，每年1-18歲的近視、弱視患者門(mén)診達(dá)到13000人左右，青少年矯正近視人數(shù)5000余人次。七年來(lái)與本地區(qū)教育部門(mén)合作，已為全市130余所幼兒園和中小學(xué)提供了包括近視防治課堂宣講和眼部篩查體檢，并建立了60000多名6-15歲青少年視力篩查檔案。目前已成為漢中地區(qū)具有影響力的青少年眼病防治機(jī)構(gòu)。
2018年國(guó)家衛(wèi)生健康委員會(huì)疾病控制局、教育部體育衛(wèi)生與藝術(shù)教育司和陜西省衛(wèi)生健康委綜合監(jiān)督處組織開(kāi)展青少年近視調(diào)查工作，我院成為漢中市一家負(fù)責(zé)此工作的眼科醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)，為漢中15所學(xué)校6000多名學(xué)生進(jìn)行了專業(yè)的近視篩查，這不僅是政府對(duì)我們的信任，也是對(duì)我們醫(yī)師專業(yè)能力的極大肯定。
